- Ham and cheese sandwich in the oven
Ingredients: 2 slices of bread (loaf), 2 slices of ham, 2 slices of cheese, some matchstick potatoes, 1 egg.

Preparation: spread each slice of bread with butter on one side. Place the ham and the cheese on top of the butter on the first slice and then add the matchstick potatoes according to your taste. Place the second slice of bread on top. Beat the egg and then cover the top bread slice with it.
