Organising Time

To be at peace with the clock the key-word is organisation. All you need is small changes in daily habits in order to have more time for you:

. Make a to do list;

. Writing down tasks and appointments is also a way to organise your time and evidently save some as well.  A list should be made accordingly to priorities, which allows you to avoid any risk of forgetting something and is a form of stress and anxiety control;

. Plan meals ahead;

. Go only once per week to the supermarket and find a recipe book with quick and simple meals. When preparing a meal, make enough to have leftovers and freeze for a future meal. All this to save time.

. Task distribution. Ask your partner and children to help you. At meals, for example, ask someone to put the table cloth, another to put the plates or to make breakfast. Teach them to clear the table, put the dishes in the dishwasher, take out the trash or use the clothes washing machine.
