Choose fresh food and if its origin can be trusted.

.  Fresh milk in a closed recipient lasts 2 to 3 days.

.  Puddings and sweets made with milk, placed on a plate covered with cling film can last 2 to 3 days.

.  Cream cheese in closed packages can last 3 to 4 days.

.  Fresh poultry cleaned and inside a plastic bag or aluminium foil can last 2 to 3 days.

.  Roasted or cooked meat in a closed recipient, a plastic bag or aluminium foil can last 3 to 4 days.

.  Uncooked fish wrapped in aluminium foil can last one day.

.  Cooked fish in a closed recipient can last 1 to 2 days.

.  Vegetables in the fridge vegetable draw and inside a plastic bag can last 5 to 6 days.

.  Soft fruit in a closed recipient can last 4 to 6 days.

.  Hard fruit lightly wrapped can last 7 to 9 days.
